Drawing from her background in depth psychology, Grace will be teaching on how to work *with* the inner critic (not against it) to find solutions to negative self-talk. Not only do we need to befriend our inner critic before it can stop running the show, but we also ought to appreciate it, viewing it as not entirely bad.
In this workshop, we will explore the quality of our internal dialogue and practice exercises to identify and establish a relationship with our own inner critic.
