Join instructor Grace on Saturday, 9/16 for our Soulful Freediving Training Day at Catalina!

This is a small group day trip for certified freedivers (or those working towards their sign offs) to enjoy line diving, kelp forests and the company of fellow ocean enthusiasts, rooted in a somatic framework. Sign up here!

Registration includes somatic workshop, line diving coaching session, filming/photos and lunch.

Upon regristration, make sure to book your ferry ticket with Catalina Express to arrive at Avalon no later than 11am Saturday.

Once you schedule your ferry, please let us know what time you will be arriving as well as your freediving certification level by emailing grace@saltwaterbodywork.com

Further instructions will be sent out no later than 48 hours prior to our training day.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds will be issued in full (minus CC processing fee) up to 48 hours before and 50% up to 24 hours before the event (Friday 11am). Cancellations within 24 hours will not be eligible for refund.

Event may be cancelled due to unfavorable weather/ocean conditions in which case refunds will be issued.
